Shipping
All item posted on the blog does not have shipping cost included.Otherwise it will be stated at the individual promotion post. Customer will have to pay the shipping cost. We mainly used POSLAJU Service. For more details on the shipping cost, do contact us for more information.

Payment
We currently accept Bank Transfer (MBB and RHB) for local(Malaysia) orders. For International orders we accept Pay Pal . No personal checks please. Items will not be shipped until payment has been received. More payment details will be provided once order is received by me.
Custom Orders
I take custom orders on a case by case basis. Please note that there is a non-refundable RM10 design/consultation fee to begin the process. Customer will be offered up to 2 rough draft samples to choose from. The final price will be determined by cost of materials plus labor. The RM 10 consultation fee will be given as a credit towards purchase. If item is not purchased, consultation fee will be forfeited.
